Happy times!
So I think I like the new user pages, at least everything seems to working properly this time around.

I haven't been shooting much lately....or at all really. I've been slowly going through all the photos I already have on my hard drive. There's a lot.

Speaking of hard drives, I got an external drive this weekend from probably the best guy ever....thanks Greg! Now I can back up all my datas and finally fix my lappy, it runs like shit.....but not for long. haha. Some days I feel like ripping it apart and setting it on fire, but I'll just fix it up tonight instead.

Like I said, I don't really have any art/photo news right now....except that I want to shoot some portraits but have no models. All my friends are dudes and don't want to help me out because they are lame. Asking around the internet isn't doing me any good either because I live in the middle of nowhere! (insert frustrated sound here)

My last journal entry wasn’t very cheery, sorry about that guys. I had taken about an hour to compile a huge journal entry with some info about where and how to purchase prints of my work, updates about what I’ve been working on, where I have been and what I’ve been doing, and other such informational tidbits. I pasted the text in, hit ‘submit’ and then…..nothing. The journal would just not work, no matter what I did. I was definitely not happy about it and subsequently posted an angry journal cursing the site for things that don’t work properly.
That’s out of the system now, lol. I suppose sitting at my desk cursing the journal won’t make anything better. I’ll put up some new features instead!

As some of you may or may not know, I had traveled to Chicago this summer to immerse myself in all of the superb architecture, pizza and baseball this great city had to offer and it was wonderful. I liked it so much that I extended my stay and plan to return again next summer. If any of my DA friends happen to be from Chicago; you guys live in a great city! That being said, I have boatloads of photos from in and around Chicago that I have been processing bit by bit, here and there. Only a few of them have made their way to my gallery as I always seem to be pressed for time with this being the busy season for work and university is in full swing.

I've made a few minor changes to the journal as well. Removed some sections that I don't really use and changed the information in the prints section. Check it out!

I finally got around to uploading a few of my photos from my trip to Wrigley Field this summer so I decided that it would fitting to do a Wrigley Field feature here in the journal!

I might consider writing another one when I have an hour of free time again, which might not be for a long time. I get discouraged about contributing to this site because nothing seems to work properly.

Hi guys,
It's been a couple of weeks since I updated my page, been super busy. As I mentioned in my last journal, I took holidays in Chicago so I was offline for a little while. I took like 4 GBs worth of pics too, it was ridiculous. lol.
I got home and went straight back to work, had a week of 12 hour shifts with loads of stuff to do due to the Canadian release of the iPhone. All the hustle and bustle with that has died down now and I'm taking my second week of holidays! Stay tuned for some uploads to my gallery and an updated features section this weekend.

Yep, you read that right. I'm in Chicago!
I got some much needed time off work and decided to head on down to Chicago to catch the Cubs vs. Sox game. It's going to be awesome!
I spent 12 hours crammed in a car to get here on Wednesday and I'll spend another cramped 12 hours going back Monday afternoon. I really like it here, I'd stay longer for sure if I could. It's just beautiful.
The money is nice because when you buy something and get change you have a pocket full of dollars instead of a pocket full of stupid coins, I hate coins. The driving here is easier too, you can't get lost! The highways and exits are actually labeled properly unlike home where you have streets and exits all over the place with no signs so you just have to guess where you are. lol. There's no traffic either. You can drive on the interstate at the actual speed limit, not like going to Toronto where it's bumper to bumper the whole way. Don't get me wrong, I love living in Canada but I'll definitely be coming back to the U.S. to visit lots.
So seeing as how I am on vacation, I won't be updating for a while.....about a week or 2. Just thought I would share my news with everyone, I'm totally excited. lol.
